One week 'til Easter! I always love this time of year. I'm grateful that we set aside time to reflect on our Savior's sacrifice and resurrection. Because He lives, we can have hope. I love that!
Ham is a traditional Easter menu item, so we'll be having a spiral sliced ham with all the fixings. And I've got plenty of recipes that use leftover ham, so next week's menu should be pretty easy!

Sausage pepper skillet, fried apples
Chicken rice soup in the crockpot
Sausage veggie calzones, fries
Grilled burgers, grilled veggies
Ham, creamy mashed potatoes, carrots
